Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our Sales & Outreach team. You will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, understanding their visa requirements, and directing them to the right counselling services.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads interested in study or work visa services.
- Follow up on inquiries from the website, social media, and walk-ins.
- Maintain a daily call log and update CRM with accurate lead information.
- Communicate visa eligibility and process details clearly to prospects.
- Coordinate with the counselling team for qualified lead handoffs.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to handle high call volumes with a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in an immigration, education, or travel company is a plus.
