Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Counsellor to guide clients through study visa and work visa processes. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on overseas education and immigration pathways.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions for study and work visa applicants.
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable countries, universities, or job pathways.
- Guide clients through the visa documentation and application process.
- Stay updated on immigration rules for countries such as Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, and more.
- Collaborate with the admissions and visa filing teams to ensure smooth processing.
- Follow up with clients post-application and provide status updates.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an immigration or overseas education counsellor.
- Strong knowledge of study visa and work visa processes for major destinations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client files simultaneously with accuracy.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
